- To qualify for a cash-back you need to purchase at least 6 months warranty service. You must ask for it after finishing the full treatment including all required visits and recommendations by the technician and only within the warranty period. The warranty period starts after the last visit recommended by the technician.
- No other pest control company must be involved in our treatment as long as we are responsible for solving your pest problem. We do not accept the involvement of other companies in our process.
- If after the 5th call out, we are not able to resolve the problem, we will proceed with the refund of the service. However, if the treatment helped eliminate the pests and we can prove that we eradicated the majority of the infestation, we will issue you 50% of the total cost, as we will cover part of the expenses.
- Before asking for a refund make sure you follow all the recommendations and instructions the technician has provided.

- Response times may vary depending on the situation and technician availability. In most cases, visits are scheduled promptly, but same-day or next-day callouts are only possible in exceptional cases, for example, when urgent removal of a dead rodent is required.

- If pests reappear and you have an active warranty package (3, 6, or 12 months), we will return free of charge to resolve the problem.

- If your warranty has expired, we will offer a new quotation for follow-up treatment. We always do our best to keep this as cost-effective as possible, while ensuring the solution is tailored to your situation.
- The inspection takes around 20 minutes or so, depending on the size of the property.
- For a complete treatment, we normally proceed with two sessions, but sometimes we may need more, depending on the kind of infestation we need to deal with. A basic session takes approximately 30-40 minutes, but sometimes we will need to work more than 2h if the pest issue is significant.
Our customer service team is available every day to assist with urgent enquiries. We aim to provide rapid responses and support at any time. Please note, however, there is a short daily gap in coverage between 3:00 am and 6:00 am (UK time) when our lines are closed. Outside of those hours, our admin team will always be available to respond to your enquiry.
It depends on the treatment:
- For a rodent infestation, you do not need to wait because the treatment will not affect your health.
- If a residual spray or insecticides are utilized, you normally will need to stay out of the spaces for around 3-5 hours.
- Pets must wait 24 hours after the treatment to enter treated rooms by residual spray.
